Requirements
- Have 4+ years in e-commerce, including launching products for English-speaking audiences.
- Have experience and a strong understanding of Amazon FBA.
- Have successful experience leading people and working as part of a team.
- Have advanced English proficiency, spoken and written.
- Know project management methodologies, including building and managing plans, assessing resources, budgeting, risk management, and estimating.
- Have a proven track record of managing multiple initiatives.
- Bring strong communication and soft skills, including the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Demonstrate analytical thinking, attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the team.
- Lead company operations and coordinate the R&D, marketing, supply chain, and customer support teams.
- Ensure daily activities and long-term plans comply with established policies and legal guidelines.
- Provide direct, concise, and timely reporting to the owner.
