Requirements
- Bring Staff-level expertise in large-scale distributed environments.
- Have deep proficiency in at least one backend language: C++, Java, Scala, Rust, Go, or Python.
- Adapt to polyglot codebases.
- Have hands-on experience with streaming and data processing frameworks such as Spark, Delta Lake, or equivalent log pipelines.
- Demonstrate expertise in live production migrations, rollback planning, and automated parity testing.
- Be proficient in leveraging AI coding tools.
- Have professional English proficiency at C1+ level.
Responsibilities
- Automate and standardize zero-downtime, multi-region production migrations across cloud providers.
- Provision end-to-end multi-cloud environments using Infrastructure-as-Code and AI acceleration.
- Enhance the scalability and reliability of high-throughput log delivery systems.
- Work on structured and unstructured logs, log delivery, and logging agents.
- Support massive-scale log ingestion and streaming pipelines with low latency and high reliability.
