Requirements
- Bring a proven track record matching Staff-level expertise in large-scale distributed environments.
- Demonstrate deep proficiency in at least one of C++, Java, Scala, Rust, Go, or Python.
- Adapt to polyglot codebases.
- Have hands-on experience with streaming and data-processing frameworks such as Spark, Delta Lake, or equivalent log pipelines.
- Demonstrate expertise in live production migrations, rollback planning, and automated parity testing.
- Be proficient in using AI coding tools to optimize daily execution and project delivery.
- Communicate professionally in English at C1+ level.
Responsibilities
- Automate and standardize zero-downtime, multi-region production migrations across cloud providers.
- Plan rollbacks and implement automated parity testing for production migrations.
- Provision end-to-end multi-cloud environments using Infrastructure-as-Code and AI acceleration.
- Enhance the scalability and reliability of high-throughput log delivery systems.
- Work on structured logs, log delivery, logging agents, and unstructured logs.
- Address extreme throughput, low-latency processing, and reliability needs in log ingestion and streaming pipelines.
