Requirements
- Have commercial experience in Software Engineering or Backend Development at mid level.
- Have a good knowledge of backend technologies; Java is preferred, and other technologies are also considered.
- Have practical experience with AI tools that support software development, such as Claude Code or similar tools.
- Be open to working with different parts of applications and across technologies.
- Be able to prototype quickly and solve practical technical problems.
- For infrastructure-focused profiles, have experience with Kubernetes, application deployment, and collaboration with DevOps teams.
- TypeScript experience is an advantage.
- Experience spanning development and application deployment is an advantage.
- Regular practical use of LLMs in development work is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications.
- Rapidly prototype solutions using AI tools.
- Work with LLMs and modify prompts.
- Deploy applications.
- Resolve ongoing technical issues and handle support tasks.
- Make minor front-end changes.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams.
- Work with Kubernetes and support deployment processes.
