Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of proven experience in IT consulting.
- Bring experience in mortgage banking and an understanding of industry-specific business processes and requirements.
- Have at least 3 years of project management experience.
- Be able to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems.
- Have experience working with a range of operating systems and databases.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex requirements and recommend solutions.
- Have strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A master’s degree or MBA in Business is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and business objectives to identify appropriate technology solutions.
- Recommend how technology can support business goals and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage IT initiatives and coordinate with internal technical teams to support successful delivery.
- Design IT systems and networks, including architecture, functionality, and integrations.
- Support technology implementation and train users on new and existing systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and assist users.
- Review existing systems and recommend enhancements and process improvements.
- Document business requests and current-state and future-state business and technical process flows.
- Analyze data and data models, and explain findings to stakeholders.
- Recommend user interface functionality and design to improve usability.
