Requirements
- Have 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
- Have experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Be experienced leading client-facing strategy conversations.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
- Have strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
- Have experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
- Have experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
- Financial services marketing experience is preferred.
- Lead-generation and appointment-setting campaign experience is preferred.
- Video sales letter marketing experience is preferred.
- High-ticket or considered-purchase funnel experience is preferred.
- Performance marketing agency and direct-response advertising experience are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of client accounts as the primary strategic point of contact.
- Lead bi-weekly client calls and prepare performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
- Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
- Manage budgets, audiences, bid strategies, account structure, and creative testing.
- Monitor campaign performance against cost-per-appointment and other acquisition metrics.
- Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts, and develop hooks, offers, and messaging variations.
- Collaborate with video editors and provide creative direction.
- Set up and troubleshoot Meta pixels, conversion events, Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
- Diagnose technical and funnel issues across advertising platforms and client systems.
