Requirements
- At least 5 years of product management experience; B2B SaaS, real estate technology, hospitality software, or related industry experience is preferred.
- Experience owning products and features end to end, from concept through launch, and delivering measurable results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate customer problems, product requirements, and strategic decisions.
- Prioritization and decision-making skills to balance competing demands, technical constraints, business objectives, and customer expectations.
- Project management capability, including structuring complex initiatives into workstreams, dependencies, milestones, and actionable priorities using appropriate tools.
- Ability to move projects forward, maintain a consistent release cadence, and make pragmatic trade-offs.
- Customer empathy and the ability to build productive relationships across teams and disciplines.
- Self-motivated approach with ownership and the ability to maintain momentum without close supervision.
- Ability to make informed decisions with incomplete information and navigate complex projects independently.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining strategic focus and consistent execution.
- Availability to collaborate effectively across European or US Eastern time zones is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and simplifying short-term rental management.
- Own product results across significant business lines, including product performance, customer value, and commercial impact.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, stakeholder input, and product insights to identify unmet needs and define product requirements.
- Develop product plans with senior leadership, balancing customer needs, business priorities, engineering effort, and delivery timelines.
- Partner with engineering, sales, and customer support to develop and launch features.
- Break strategic initiatives into shippable projects, set priorities and dependencies, and maintain a consistent release cadence.
- Coordinate launches, track milestones, anticipate delivery risks, and help complete projects on schedule.
- Define metrics and tracking methods to evaluate product usage, customer outcomes, adoption, and business impact.
- Identify opportunities to improve capabilities, expand the product offering, and explore new solutions.
- Use performance data, customer feedback, and cross-functional insights to refine product decisions and improve the customer experience.
