- Hold team members accountable, run meetings that produce decisions, and lead specialists through clear briefs and follow-up.
- Be highly organised and maintain trackers, owners, deadlines, and follow-through.
- Design and implement processes and be comfortable owning ClickUp, Notion, or Airtable as a daily operating tool.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, coordinate across teams, and act independently to diagnose problems.

- Run the client launch pipeline from product selection to launch, with clear owners, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Review launch blockers, outstanding quotes, product ideas, and client and team updates in a daily pulse check.
- Work with supply chain to keep orders, stock, and logistics on track and build forecasts from sales data.
- Clear blockers, chase outstanding quotes, and help the team prioritise next steps.
- Coordinate catalogue, design, and PPC specialists to ensure work is ready on time.
- Own the brand-building client journey, manage expectations, and follow up on decisions and outstanding actions.
- Provide clear updates at least twice a week to active sourcing-phase clients.
- Keep trackers and regular reporting current; flag refund, stock, or sales issues early with a plan.
- Improve SOPs and ClickUp workflows, use AI or automation where useful, run the weekly operations meeting, and report progress, risks, and next steps to the founders.
