Job Details

Have at least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager.
Have experience working directly with external clients, leading meetings, managing expectations, and maintaining relationships.
Have a track record of leading IT projects end to end, from requirements and scoping through delivery to release.
Use AI tools and automation hands-on in day-to-day project processes, including reporting, documentation, and routine work.
Communicate in English for client communication, documentation, and Jira.
Communicate in Polish for team collaboration.
Have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several parallel workstreams.
Be proactive in suggesting improvements to clients and raising ideas and concerns within the team.
Adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
Third-party API integration project experience is a plus.
Jira and time-tracking tools such as Tempo are a plus.

Plan, prioritize, scope, and deliver maintenance work and larger initiatives for a development team.
Lead projects involving websites, forms, and custom integrations with external systems.
Coordinate with development, design, rollout, and support teams from requirements through release.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams.
Run and attend status meetings, communicate progress, and prepare presentations and summaries.
Own project and SLA reporting on progress, scope, timelines, and hours.
Improve and automate internal processes for time tracking, reporting, and documentation in Jira and Notion.
Support the client NPS process and regular client reporting.
