Requirements
- Experience managing or coordinating testing in ERP or CRM business-system implementation projects.
- Practical experience in Microsoft Dynamics projects.
- Preferred: participation in at least one full implementation cycle as a Test Manager or Test Lead.
- Experience preparing test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and execution reports.
- Strong knowledge of functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing processes.
- Ability to analyze and verify business requirements and translate them into test scope.
- Experience managing defects, coordinating their resolution, and monitoring solution quality.
- Familiarity with test and defect management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Xray, or TestRail.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams and coordinate project stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, independence, and ability to identify project risks.
- Very good English, minimum B2.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate testing processes for Microsoft Dynamics implementation projects.
- Prepare test strategies, test plans, schedules, and scopes for individual test cycles.
- Coordinate functional, system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Review test scenarios and cases for alignment with business and functional requirements.
- Oversee end-to-end business process testing, including integrations with other organizational systems.
- Manage the defect lifecycle, including identification, prioritization, monitoring, retesting, and coordinating fixes.
- Work with business users to prepare, conduct, and accept UAT.
- Monitor testing progress, prepare quality reports, and identify risks affecting the implementation schedule.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, development teams, and external vendors.
- Support solution acceptance and assess readiness for production go-live.
