Requirements
- Have 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform development experience.
- Bring strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE customization and development using C#, JavaScript, plugins, and custom components.
- Have solid knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas apps), Power Automate, and Power Pages.
- Have experience with Dynamics 365 CE applications such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights.
- Have experience designing solution architecture and integrating Dynamics 365 CE with external systems using APIs and Azure Integration Services.
- Have experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, ALM, and deployment best practices.
- Have experience with data migration, security models, and data architecture.
- Have experience in pre-sales activities, including technical discovery, solution design, and effort estimation.
- Be able to communicate directly with clients, translate business needs into technical solutions, and make independent technical decisions.
- Have good English communication skills.
- Power BI experience is a nice to have.
- Experience mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, or providing technical guidance is a nice to have.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Solution Architecture are a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions using C#, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services.
- Define solution architecture and make technical decisions.
- Ensure solution quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Design and implement integrations with third-party applications and external systems.
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements, propose technical approaches, and deliver suitable solutions.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including discovery sessions, solution presentations, technical estimations, and proposals.
- Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout project delivery.
- Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and development best practices.
