Requirements
- Have 5+ years of hands-on Amazon Connect experience, including contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and Connect APIs/SDKs.
- Be able to build and debug Amazon Connect contact flows independently.
- Have solid AWS Lambda experience, including S3 trigger patterns, DynamoDB reads and writes, and REST API calls from Lambda.
- Be proficient in JavaScript/Node.js or Python for Lambda development.
- Have familiarity with the Amazon Connect Streams API or the ability to ramp up quickly on it.
- Have experience integrating REST APIs, including Salesforce, MS Graph, or similar CRM or enterprise APIs.
- Have experience working in a structured delivery team with a shared backlog, code reviews, and a fixed deadline.
- Be able to work independently once requirements are clear, with strong attention to detail.
- Have English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and test Amazon Connect contact flows, queue configurations, and routing profiles.
- Implement and unit-test Lambda functions for Salesforce transcript pushes, DynamoDB lookups, and agent-availability checks.
- Build the custom Amazon Connect Streams API agent workspace for chat handling, case history display, and Salesforce URL iFrame integration.
- Implement the Microsoft Teams presence-sync intermediary component against the MS Graph API.
- Contribute to infrastructure-as-code pipelines for Amazon Connect resources using CloudFormation or CDK where possible.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce Developer on Salesforce-side objects, REST API contracts, and validation.
- Support QA with documented, testable components and participate in SIT and defect resolution.
- Contribute knowledge-transfer documentation for the client's team.
