- Be able to take full ownership of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have very good knowledge of ClickUp.
- Know Agile, Scrum, or Kanban ways of working.
- Use AI tools effectively at work.
- Communicate effectively with clients and teams.
- Be proficient in English for work in a global environment.
- Be goal-oriented and able to find effective solutions to problems.
- Work independently and organize your own work.
Responsibilities
- Own multiple projects from start to finish.
- Manage more than one project at a time.
- Keep project work organized in tools such as ClickUp, Jira, and Confluence.
- Coordinate communication with clients and project teams.
- Connect the work of developers, analytics, and business stakeholders.
- Use AI tools effectively in day-to-day work.
- Find effective solutions to project problems.
- Optimize processes and implement improvements.
