Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university.
- Have at least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical sales industry.
- Have at least 5 years of sales leadership experience.
- Communicate directly and effectively with clients to ensure goals and objectives are met.
- Demonstrate business acumen and the ability to clearly report detailed information to internal sales management and clients.
- Work cross-functionally within a team environment.
- Be able to work at IQVIA and client corporate offices as needed.
- Be able to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the client’s main point of contact for commercial project work.
- Create, manage, and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, business rules, and workflows with the client partner.
- Communicate decisions, deliverables, action items, and direction to internal and external stakeholders through status reports and project meetings.
- Monitor and report project performance and progress against KPIs, scorecards, priorities, and deliverables.
- Apply operational knowledge to support delivery throughout the project lifecycle and identify trends or obstacles to project goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional IQVIA and client teams to achieve operational deliverables and milestones.
- Conduct personnel actions for IQVIA Managers, including hiring, performance management, and handling personnel issues.
- Oversee personnel actions conducted by first-line Managers for IQVIA Sales Representatives.
- Review and approve first-line Manager expense reports and monitor compliance with expense policies.
