Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in software delivery, technical project management, or engineering leadership.
- Understand agile delivery practices such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Have experience managing distributed teams across onshore and offshore locations.
- Be able to deliver multi-platform digital systems in agile environments.
- Have client-facing communication and relationship management experience.
- Have experience with delivery tooling such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Be familiar with cloud-native architectures and AI-enabled platforms.
- Demonstrate use of AI tools such as Claude for delivery planning, reporting, or documentation.
- A Scrum Master or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Experience in regulated environments such as utilities, government, or finance is a plus.
- Experience delivering agentic, AI co-worker, or applied-AI initiatives in enterprise is a helpful extra.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects, aligning scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery execution across one or more teams.
- Manage releases, production readiness, and transitions into operations and maintenance.
- Identify and manage dependencies, risks, scope changes, and escalations.
- Define, track, and report delivery KPIs to guide decisions and tradeoffs.
- Support QA and UAT, validating quality against agreed acceptance criteria.
- Serve as the primary delivery contact for clients and lead stakeholder working sessions and delivery forums.
- Lead onshore and offshore teams, mentor coordinators and team members, and contribute to delivery practice improvements.
