Requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading requirements in an Agile delivery environment.
- Experience with story mapping, user story writing, and acceptance criteria development.
- Experience documenting business rules and processes using workflow diagrams and structured artifacts such as CONOPS.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative configuration and automation, including Salesforce Flow.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to brief senior government stakeholders.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems Management, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, or Engineering.
- Preferred: a minimum of eight years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from prioritization and concept development through user story writing and support for development, testing, and deployment.
- Work with government leads to manage enhancement-request scope and clarify objectives, constraints, acceptance criteria, and release timing.
- Partner with the Product Owner and users to determine operational objectives and elicit requirements.
- Document business needs, rules, and processes in concepts of operation, story maps, briefings, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
- Translate complex business processes into actionable user stories with acceptance criteria, exception paths, and operational reporting needs.
- Support Salesforce Classic-to-Lightning migration through discovery, gap analysis, redesign, readiness planning, and post-cutover stabilization.
- Configure and optimize Salesforce using declarative tools, including Flow, approvals, validation rules, page layouts, and Lightning App Builder.
- Ensure declarative automation is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with governance, auditability, and compliance expectations.
- Present briefings to government managers and prepare executive-ready summaries and decision-support materials.
