Requirements
- Have a minimum of five years of general work experience.
- Have at least three years of experience architecting Salesforce production enterprise applications.
- Have IT experience focused on Salesforce and/or other no-code/low-code platform projects, DevSecOps, and technical architecture.
- Have experience providing program oversight and solutions architecture for Salesforce applications.
- Have experience with Salesforce implementation projects using Agile and iterative approaches.
- Understand key Salesforce architectural concepts and their influence on design.
- Have experience deploying solutions that include Experience Cloud.
- Have experience evaluating Salesforce with third-party solutions.
- Know architecture concepts, including integration styles, architecture styles, and patterns.
- Know software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
- Know Business Process Management (BPM) techniques and tools.
- Be eligible for Public Trust.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred; a master's degree is also preferred.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant or Experience Cloud Consultant certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide program oversight and solutions architecture for Salesforce applications.
- Design and articulate solutions based on customers’ strategic business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with program managers, technical peers, business partners, and senior management.
- Lead implementation efforts and take responsibility for architecture designs and solution strategies.
- Evaluate Salesforce alongside third-party solutions.
- Apply Salesforce architectural concepts and integration and architecture styles and patterns.
