Requirements
- Have 8+ years of professional services experience.
- Have experience implementing and configuring Salesforce, leading Salesforce optimization projects, and providing Salesforce managed services.
- Have experience across planning, delegation, process flow discovery, functional and technical design, training, testing, go-live support, and project management.
- Demonstrate expertise in business process analysis and solution design.
- Prior experience configuring Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ+ is preferred.
- Have a track record of overseeing multiple projects, schedules, and tasks concurrently and delivering on time.
- Be proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Have experience building and developing strong client relationships.
- Be able to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools in accordance with firm policies and client standards.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Hold Salesforce Administrator Certification (SCA).
Responsibilities
- Oversee client accounts, engagements, work plans, staffing, timelines, budgets, and integrated project plans.
- Lead and consult on Salesforce configurations while contributing hands-on to configuration work.
- Lead project teams and own technical delivery and successful implementation.
- Guide clients through change management and provide transition resources and strategies.
- Oversee delivery quality, support junior team members, and identify, resolve, or escalate project risks and issues.
- Schedule configuration, testing, and go-live preparation, and coordinate third-party apps and integrations.
- Perform business analysis and manage solution design, approvals, development, and final testing.
- Prepare baseline statements of work or change orders as needed.
- Develop and implement firm-approved AI-enabled client solutions in accordance with company policies.
