Requirements
- Be a native Swiss German speaker.
- Have experience in inbound telephony, such as customer service or support hotlines.
- Have experience in outbound telephony, such as sales or B2C/B2B appointment setting.
- Bring a persuasive personality and drive for outbound sales success.
- Be confident using common IT tools.
- Have a stable internet connection, ideally fiber optic.
- Be able to structure work independently and meet deadlines.
- Be disciplined and self-motivated when working without constant supervision.
- Collaborate remotely using tools such as Teams, Slack, or Zoom.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers through direct sales or appointment setting.
- Strengthen customer loyalty through loyalty offers, additional sales, or cross-selling.
- Win back customers with special offers.
- Conduct surveys to determine customer needs or satisfaction.
- Manage customer service processes from order acceptance to invoicing.
- Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat.
- Provide first-level support.
- Manage complaints and resolve problems.
