Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2–3 years of progressive career growth.
- Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
- Clear and excellent English communication skills.
- Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships with customers and team members.
- Ability to manage remote teachers and work independently.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and acquire new skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intakes with families and students, coordinate instructors, and provide customer service.
- Manage class schedules and virtual tutoring sessions, including staffing sessions to meet operational targets.
- Monitor students’ academic progress and implement and monitor IEP/504 accommodations.
- Conduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments.
- Audit instructional plans for alignment with state standards and individual IEP goals.
- Coach staff on special education strategies, evidence-based practices, and student engagement.
- Lead educational staff onboarding and training, and conduct demonstration sessions using the “I Do, We Do, You Do” framework.
- Build and manage a virtual resource hub and create guides and tutorials for educational technology.
- Analyze assessment data, establish baselines and SMART goals, and adjust interventions based on student progress.
