Requirements
- Have 8+ years of experience in AI implementation, digital transformation, or technology governance roles.
- Demonstrate experience operationalizing AI policies, ethical frameworks, or governance structures.
- Understand generative AI risks, including intellectual property exposure, brand dilution, bias and fairness, environmental impact, and data privacy.
- Have experience working with non-technical stakeholders, particularly creative, mission-driven, or values-led teams.
- Have practical knowledge of GDPR and emerging AI regulation; EU or UK AI Act knowledge is preferred.
- Be able to facilitate workshops that surface nuanced boundaries and build consensus.
- Have strong documentation and communication skills, including the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable guidance.
- Be delivery-oriented and able to ship practical outcomes.
- Experience with SMEs, B Corps, or regenerative or sustainable businesses is highly desirable.
- Experience with environmental impact assessment or sustainability frameworks applied to technology is highly desirable.
- Experience designing training programmes or capability-building initiatives is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Operationalize the AI Code of Responsibility and governance framework, including interim usage guidelines, decision rights, escalation paths, and incident reporting.
- Facilitate workshops to define and document no-AI boundaries for Creative, Comms, and Leadership teams.
- Develop implementation-ready roadmaps for priority AI use cases, including vendor options, cost estimates, prerequisites, and sequencing.
- Evaluate vendor solutions against DIY implementation options using cost-benefit analysis.
- Assess environmental impacts of AI tools and implement a Green/Amber/Red classification system.
- Assess fairness, non-discrimination, privacy, and data-flow risks across AI-enabled workflows.
- Design and deliver a foundation AI training workshop and reusable role-based training materials.
- Create an AI Decision Framework and equip teams to manage AI responsibly without ongoing consultant support.
- Partner with leadership and department heads, translating technical, ethical, and regulatory concepts into accessible guidance.
