Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Photonics, Physics, or Engineering.
- Have 2 to 5 years of experience in technical sales or industrial customer support.
- Understand laser processes and semiconductor environments.
- Be available for monthly international travel, primarily to Asia and the USA.
- Have perfect mastery of English and French.
- Mandarin is a major asset.
- Experience with clients in Asia is an asset.
- Knowledge of international distribution networks is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Present technical solutions to technical stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with application engineers to build technical proposals.
- Lead product demonstrations and customer trials.
- Maintain accurate account follow-up in the CRM.
- Participate in trade shows and conduct international client visits.
- Contribute to market intelligence and improvements to sales tools.
- Train and support distributors and partners.
- Act as the main customer interface during technical projects.
