Experience: 7+ years implementing, configuring, or developing ServiceNow in 2 or more capabilities (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM), including 2+ years in a solution architect or technical lead role. 2+ years of hands-on Moveworks experience. 4+ years building integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth and other authentication models, MID Server, and cloud-to-cloud patterns, including bi-directional integrations.

Have 7+ years implementing, configuring, or developing ServiceNow in at least two capabilities, such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, or CSM.
Have 2+ years in a solution architect or technical lead role.
Have 2+ years of hands-on Moveworks experience with Agent Studio or Creator Studio plugins, AI Assistant configuration, enterprise search, or a comparable conversational AI platform.
Have 4+ years building integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth and other authentication models, MID Server, and cloud-to-cloud patterns, including bi-directional integrations.
Have strong ServiceNow scripting and build skills, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Scripted REST APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and UI Builder.
Have working knowledge of LLM concepts, including prompting, retrieval-augmented generation, agent orchestration, and evaluating AI output quality.
Have experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Agents, Virtual Agent, or Predictive Intelligence.
Have client-facing consulting experience and be able to explain complex AI behavior to IT leaders and business stakeholders.
Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Be willing and able to continue education through ServiceNow competency certifications, module accreditations, and Moveworks Academy courses.

Design end-to-end solutions combining Moveworks AI Assistant, Reasoning Engine, and enterprise search with ServiceNow workflows, AI Agents, Now Assist, and AI governance.
Translate IT, HR, and enterprise service use cases into agentic solutions that complete work across multiple systems.
Define integration architecture across ServiceNow, identity platforms, HRIS, collaboration channels, and other SaaS tools using REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven patterns.
Set standards for plugin design, authentication, access control, launch rules, testing, and observability.
Lead design sessions and architecture reviews with client IT, security, and platform teams.
Configure, build, test, and optimize Moveworks Agent Studio agents and plugins.
Build ServiceNow components using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub spokes, Scripted REST APIs, Business Rules, and catalog and knowledge configuration.
Tune enterprise search and knowledge retrieval for answer quality, and use logs and analytics to troubleshoot plugin triggering and execution.
Own Moveworks workstreams from discovery and design through build, test, and deployment using an agile delivery approach.
Coach and mentor engineers, contribute reusable accelerators and plugin templates, and help pre-sales teams scope opportunities and present solution designs.
