Requirements
- C2-level English proficiency or equivalent, written and spoken.
- Strong graphic design skills.
- Ability to produce a high volume of work without losing quality.
- Video editing experience for social, recruiting, and training content.
- Good design judgment and an understanding of what content connects with audiences.
- Ability to manage several requests at once.
- Willingness to work 12pm EST to 8pm EST with a 30-minute break.
- Nice to have: experience creating recruiting or employer-brand content.
- Nice to have: basic motion graphics or animation skills.
- Nice to have: familiarity with scheduling and managing social channels.
- Nice to have: photography or comfort appearing on camera.
Responsibilities
- Design social media posts using company content, themes, and assets.
- Create product ads, recruiting ads, and marketing assets across multiple markets.
- Edit videos for recruiting, top-performer features, culture clips, and training material.
- Design leaderboards, recognition graphics, and incentive announcements.
- Turn recorded representative and employee interviews into short clips for training and recruiting.
- Build and update job listings, candidate forms, email templates, and interview kits.
- Support external recruiting content across Indeed, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Handle day-to-day creative tasks and quick-turnaround requests as priorities shift.
