Requirements
- Have 8+ years of software development experience, including meaningful full-stack experience.
- Demonstrate strong front-end skills in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
- Bring back-end proficiency in Node.js or a similar technology.
- Have experience with REST or GraphQL API design.
- Demonstrate day-to-day use of AI tools in a development workflow.
- Have solid computer science fundamentals, including data structures, design patterns, and system design.
- Be able to deliver in a fast-paced environment while managing shifting priorities, tight timelines, and evolving requirements without compromising quality.
- Nice to have: experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic, or building AI-powered features.
- Nice to have: familiarity with Micro Frontend architecture and module federation.
- Nice to have: exposure to Agile/Scrum and Azure DevOps.
- Nice to have: experience with Jest or similar testing frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Design and build full-stack features end-to-end, from React/TypeScript front ends to APIs and back-end services.
- Use AI tooling such as Claude, Cursor, and LLM integrations throughout the development lifecycle.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable code focused on performance and user experience.
- Identify and drive improvements to development workflows, tooling, and processes.
- Work with Engineering, Product, and Design to deliver products across the full stack.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and define standards for AI-assisted development.
