Requirements
- Have 1–2 years of experience coordinating or managing projects and teams.
- Have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Be fluent in English.
- Be proficient in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
- Be flexible to support field operations and work an irregular schedule.
- Have experience preparing reports and presentations.
- Be able to work with large volumes of information.
- Be able to manage a team and work under stress.
- Be able to manage a team remotely.
- Be detail-oriented and proactive.
- Fleet management or logistics experience is an advantage.
- Experience training new team members is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with and manage the team.
- Monitor performance and quality metrics.
- Take corrective action when needed to improve performance.
- Manage functions such as quality and production to achieve program results.
- Manage costs and monitor the budget.
- Participate in team training.
- Manage risks at the team level.
