Job Details

Experience: Ideally 3 to 5 years in growth, digital, paid, or performance marketing
Required Skills: SQLA/B testing

Ideally have 3 to 5 years of experience in growth, digital, paid, or performance marketing at a startup or B2B software company, or in associate-level marketing consulting.
Have direct ownership of ad spend and paid budgets in Google Ads, AdRoll, or similar, with accountability for results.
Bring a technical, builder mindset and experience experimenting with Claude Code or similar AI tools.
Be comfortable with automation, spreadsheets, SQL, or scripting.
Have technical SEO experience, including keyword strategy and conversion optimization.
Make spend decisions based on data.
Be comfortable running multiple experiments and working through daily performance numbers.
Be able to communicate results clearly and own a business metric relevant to leadership.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; sponsorship, extensions, or transfers of work visas are not available.

Own paid performance across Google Ads and AdRoll, and make data-backed incremental spend decisions.
Identify which terms and accounts convert to MQLs, run experiments, and improve top-of-funnel conversion.
Build and iterate on web pages, integrations, and automation in Claude Code.
Drive technical SEO and conversion optimization.
Track performance across channels, build reporting, and present results to leadership.
Manage Rootstock’s presence on G2 and similar review sites, including how AI tools surface and recommend the company.
Contribute to case studies, sales enablement collateral, and persona-based outbound email and LinkedIn sequences.
