Requirements
- Have 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, strategic sourcing, or contract management, preferably in indirect spend categories.
- Have experience working with ERP systems and procurement tools.
- Bring familiarity with Infor LN; this is preferred.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and cost comparisons.
- Have experience identifying and executing cost-saving initiatives, analyzing results, and presenting recommendations to leadership.
- Demonstrate negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Be able to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and collaborate across departments.
Responsibilities
- Support sourcing projects across indirect spend categories.
- Assist with competitive bidding processes, including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
- Collect and analyze supplier quotations, proposals, and commercial terms.
- Perform cost analyses and benchmarking to support sourcing decisions.
- Support supplier onboarding, qualification, recordkeeping, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate contract review and approval, maintain contract files, and track renewals.
- Work with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and identify sourcing opportunities.
- Track sourcing results and savings, support spend analysis, and prepare management reports and presentations.
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and supplier performance.
