Requirements
- Bring expert-level knowledge of cybersecurity, especially cloud and SaaS security concerns.
- Have experience interacting with APIs, integrations, and middleware.
- Have strong software engineering abilities.
- Have worked in an offensive or defensive cybersecurity role.
- Demonstrate presentation skills for crafting and delivering thought-leadership presentations at security conferences and webinars.
- Bring competitive and market intelligence reconnaissance abilities.
- Understand routes to market and represent Obsidian with a wide variety of partnerships.
- Understand cybersecurity solution stacks and how Obsidian is complementary or competitive.
- Be willing to travel depending on customer opportunities and role.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining Obsidian solutions to prospective and existing customers.
- Partner internally and externally to assess security needs and align Obsidian solutions with prospect pain points.
- Conduct solution proof-of-value engagements to obtain technical wins.
- Conduct field reconnaissance and provide feedback and insights to product management and engineering.
- Technically advise the sales team on Obsidian solutions throughout the sales process.
- Partner with prospects in a technical and educational capacity throughout the sales cycle.
