Requirements
- Demonstrate strong fluency in English.
- Demonstrate Hindi proficiency in reading, listening, writing, and speaking.
- Have strong verbal communication skills in a simulated customer support context.
- Have basic computer programming literacy, including understanding JSON structures and familiarity with functions and methods.
- Be able to reason about structured data and simple logic.
- Communicate clearly when handling support-style problem-solving.
- Be comfortable working with structured prompts, evaluation rubrics, and technical guidelines.
- Have access to a high-quality microphone for clean, reliable audio input during evaluations.
- Use a device capable of running audio recording software and opening large technical documentation.
- As a contractor, supply a secure computer and high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Create role-play-based evaluation scenarios that simulate realistic customer service interactions.
- Cover flight bookings and travel support, financial services, and telecommunications and technical support scenarios.
- Contribute diverse and representative datasets for assessing conversational audio agents.
- Evaluate model performance using standardized qualitative and quantitative metrics.
- Ensure evaluations reflect customer expectations for clarity, efficiency, and natural conversational flow.
