Requirements
- Have 2–5 years of experience in account coordination, B2B sales support, marketplace operations, or ecommerce.
- Be familiar with independent retail or wholesale platforms; experience with Faire, Shopify, or similar tools is a plus.
- Bring strong attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills.
- Be highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Be comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Have an interest in consumer brands, retail, and building customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assist with product setup, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns on Faire.com.
- Maintain accurate product and inventory data across Faire storefronts.
- Optimize listings, images, and product details to improve visibility and sales.
- Monitor and respond to retailer inquiries with guidance from the Account Manager.
- Track orders and coordinate with internal teams to support timely fulfillment.
- Help troubleshoot platform-related issues with the Account Manager.
- Research potential boutique and specialty retail partners across North America.
- Support retailer outreach campaigns by email, phone, and social media.
- Help prepare wholesale pitch decks, product bundles, and collection presentations.
- Maintain CRM records and provide administrative support for wholesale contracts and order processing.
