Requirements
- Bring 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
- Demonstrate expertise in building client relationships and driving client engagement, value, and satisfaction.
- Understand healthcare systems, medical terminologies, clinical workflows, and regulations.
- Navigate ethical dilemmas in healthcare data management and analysis while upholding professional standards and integrity.
- Have advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Have proficiency building or maintaining dashboards in self-service business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Use SQL to extract insights from complex healthcare data sets.
- Develop product expertise to guide customers, solve strategic issues, and optimize platform value.
- Have experience working with cross-functional stakeholders on defining KPIs and product enhancements.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities
- Consult PaaS clients on designing decision automation programs that maximize platform value.
- Translate complex client requirements into technical blueprints for development teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Development, Design, and Engineering teams to scope new or enhanced functionality.
- Develop strategic roadmaps to continuously improve decision automation performance.
- Analyze authorization data and build and maintain analytical reports using data visualization software.
- Ensure client KPIs are met and drive end-to-end automation success throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to scale and improve consultation workflows.
