Requirements
- Hold an MA, MS, BA, or BS degree.
- Have 12-15+ years of biopharma industry experience.
- Have 8-12+ years of prior oncology product sales experience.
- Demonstrate product launch success in the oncology therapeutic space, including oral oncolytic product launch experience.
- Have experience launching oncology products with companion diagnostics.
- Demonstrate performance in highly competitive marketplaces and solo-representative selling environments.
- Have experience operating in small or midsize biotechnology environments.
- Be able to meet territorial travel requirements and travel to meetings, training, and programs as necessary.
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Permanently reside in the territory for which you are accountable.
- Be able to work collaboratively across functions.
Responsibilities
- Market Revolution Medicines’ product portfolio in the designated territory and meet assigned performance goals.
- Position product benefits and use for appropriate patients.
- Prioritize customer engagements and activities that support brand value and patient impact.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to remove barriers to care and support timely access to products.
- Adapt between virtual and in-person engagements based on account communication preferences.
- Analyze market data and use insights to develop and implement business plans.
- Build sustained relationships across assigned accounts and provide value-driven solutions.
- Communicate disease, product, and competitor information across digital and live channels.
- Manage territory resources and budget, and contribute to shared team goals.
- Represent the company’s brands professionally and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
