Requirements
- Have a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Have 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare technology or virtual health services, pharmaceuticals, or other medical services.
- Use a consultative selling style.
- Be comfortable with and motivated by a quota-driven environment.
- Be proficient with Salesforce or another CRM.
- Be proficient with Google Suite and Slack.
- Reside in Virginia.
- Be able to travel regularly within the Virginia territory.
- Experience generating provider referrals is preferred.
- Familiarity with speech-language therapy practice is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with primary and specialty physicians, medical staff, referral coordinators, and other stakeholders in Virginia.
- Conduct inbound and outbound outreach to raise awareness of Expressable's clinical approach.
- Manage provider accounts as the main point of contact for inquiries, referrals, client updates, and new initiatives.
- Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans in the region to meet targets.
- Educate new referral partners on the care model and arrange meetings with internal leadership to generate referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and account details.
- Use marketing materials and clinical resources to support sales work.
