Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales, inside sales, or SDR in healthcare technology or SaaS solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder mapping, lead qualification, and deal progression in complex B2B environments.
- Knowledge of clinical departments, IT integrations, and enterprise budgeting processes preferred.
- Ability to engage clinical, IT, and executive stakeholders across varied seniority levels.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive conversations with clinical and enterprise stakeholders at large health system accounts, focusing on Aidoc’s clinical AI solutions.
- Collaborate with territory teams to research accounts, build stakeholder maps, and engage clinical, IT, and executive personas.
- Manage and qualify early-stage opportunities through targeted outreach and deal qualification.
- Lead introductory clinical and enterprise AI discovery sessions to advance opportunities and improve stage conversions.
- Use storytelling about Aidoc’s aiOS™ workflow integration and CARE™ foundation models in stakeholder conversations.
- Nurture relationships with IT, C-Suite, and clinical stakeholders; uncover pain points and desired outcomes.
- Provide consistent value-added follow-ups.
- Update account research, coordinate internal resources, and identify whitespace opportunities.
- Align on technical needs and organizational dynamics to support scalable deployment of Aidoc’s AI.
