Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including building and maintaining production systems at scale.
- Strong full-stack development experience with at least one of TypeScript, Rust, Go, Python, or Ruby.
- Experience with React or React Native.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, performance optimization, debugging, and secure software development practices.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Ability to connect engineering decisions to business objectives, user needs, and measurable product outcomes.
- Ability to investigate complex technical challenges, interpret data, and develop effective, scalable solutions.
- Confidence managing priorities, making technical decisions, and delivering results in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
- Experience with A/B testing, analytics instrumentation, experimentation platforms, growth engineering, user funnels, lifecycle optimization, conversion improvement, or data analysis tools is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack features for discovering, accessing, and engaging with financial products across web and mobile platforms.
- Implement solutions for marketing campaigns, registration, identity verification (KYC), account funding, and other conversion journeys.
- Develop reusable components and services that support high volumes of global traffic while maintaining performance, reliability, and security.
- Partner with product managers, designers, data analysts, and engineers to identify growth opportunities and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Participate in system design and architectural discussions, balancing user needs, scalability, maintainability, and engineering quality.
- Use analytics, experimentation frameworks, and performance data to evaluate user behavior, test hypotheses, and improve product outcomes.
- Maintain code quality, testing, debugging, security, and performance across the technology stack.
- Drive technical initiatives from problem identification and implementation through measurement, iteration, and ongoing improvement.
