Requirements
- Bring 5–7+ years of experience in medical or healthcare communications.
- Have experience managing pharmaceutical client accounts.
- Have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and medical communications projects across medical affairs and publications.
- Have experience managing varied project types and leading multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage client relationships, project budgets, timelines, and financial performance.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline, or have equivalent experience.
- Bring a collaborative, proactive, and client-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day medical affairs and publications accounts as the primary client contact.
- Manage delivery of meetings, congress activities, abstracts, manuscripts, scientific content, training materials, and multichannel communications.
- Build client relationships through proactive guidance, strategic support, and customer service.
- Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, budgets, and financial performance.
- Partner with scientific services, editorial, creative, digital, meetings, and production teams to deliver compliant solutions.
- Identify account expansion opportunities and contribute to proposals, pitches, and new business growth.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices across the team.
