Requirements

  • Have 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Bring hands-on experience in technical and on-page SEO, keyword research, and SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, or Semrush.
  • Be comfortable building and editing pages in a CMS such as WordPress, HubSpot, or Webflow.
  • Use CRM tools, dashboards, spreadsheets, and attribution to analyze performance and make clear recommendations.
  • Have a track record of working with Sales and Paid teams to drive pipeline.
  • Be organized and able to run several projects at once while maintaining quality.
  • Have strong delegation skills and experience coaching or mentoring at least one junior teammate.
  • SaaS, tech, or agency experience is preferred.
  • Basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with GEO/AEO, CRO or A/B testing, and webinars is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales on lead handoff, MQL/SAL follow-up, and pipeline reviews.
  • Work with the Paid Department to launch and improve campaigns, and test solutions to pipeline bottlenecks.
  • Build and run nurture and lifecycle email programs.
  • Own the Foundation website, including CMS updates, landing pages, maintenance, SEO, and conversion testing.
  • Execute integrated campaigns, webinars, podcasts, partnerships, and sponsorships.
  • Coach and mentor the Marketing Coordinator, delegate execution, and uphold quality and timelines.
  • Own funnel reporting, build dashboards, analyze results, and recommend next steps to the Head of Marketing.
  • Support sales calls, audits, and proposals, and oversee sales enablement assets and systems.
