Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Shopify automation flows, including abandoned cart emails.
- Maintain and verify integrations with CRM and email systems.
- Coordinate Shopify workflows with marketing campaigns.
- Update Squarespace visuals, blog posts, testimonials, and contact details.
- Assist with quarterly website refreshes focused on design and user experience.
- Suggest layout and navigation improvements.
- Upload new product information and schedule blog content.
- Communicate with the internal team about updates and feedback.
