- Strong experience with HubSpot CRM.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain HubSpot contact records.
- Set up and manage pipelines, automations, and workflows.
- Track lead activity through forms and email interactions.
- Create onboarding sequences and follow-up reminders.
- Monitor integrations including Shopify, social platforms, 3CX, and Boss app.
- Make warm calls, respond to client inquiries, and follow up with leads.
- Prioritize executive tasks, send reminders, and provide updates and insights.
- Assist with email, social media, and blog campaigns; schedule EDMs, social posts, and newsletters.
- Monitor campaign engagement and collaborate on improvements.
- Document automation and workflow processes and create SOPs.
