Requirements
- Have experience in an administrative, quality, or supply chain support role, ideally within food, beverage, or CPG.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy when managing high volumes of documentation across 100+ specifications.
- Have strong written English and research skills.
- Synthesize information clearly for horizon scanning and reporting.
- Use AI tools to speed up research and data work, and apply good judgment to verify accuracy.
- Be proficient with spreadsheets, document management, and quality/compliance record-keeping.
- Be reliable and proactive, and work independently remotely across time zones.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage finished product specifications, including ingredients, artwork, blend time and speeds, quality controls, and pallet configurations.
- Organize specification details in one place.
- Analyze data trends to identify leading performance issues and focus improvement efforts.
- Lead KPI completion to support the quality team in driving co-manufacturer performance.
- Lead document control and organize the quality system.
- Set standards for the quality system.
