Requirements
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Have previous experience working with Shopify and managing Shopify websites.
- Have a strong understanding of e-commerce and online marketing strategies.
- Have customer service skills.
- Be detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Experience with graphic design and social media management is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update clients’ Shopify websites, including adding products and updating product descriptions.
- Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with clients to keep products in stock.
- Conduct website audits to identify and fix technical issues or errors.
- Keep up to date with Shopify updates and features to optimize clients’ websites.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Provide clients with reports on website performance and sales metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
