Have production-grade software experience with large-scale SaaS platforms, including at least one year of fully remote work experience.
Have substantial professional experience with TypeScript, React, and modern frontend development.
Have practical experience with Go and/or Node.js, including backend services, APIs, and integrations.
Understand SaaS architecture challenges including scalability, multi-tenancy, high availability, data isolation, eventual consistency, and cross-service coordination.
Have strong Kubernetes experience in AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
Be familiar with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Helm, Terraform, or Jsonnet.
Write clean, robust, well-tested, and maintainable code.
Have experience owning projects from requirements gathering and technical design through implementation, release, and iteration.
Be able to lead complex initiatives, make architectural decisions, and mentor engineers.
Be comfortable troubleshooting production systems, investigating incidents, and improving monitoring and recovery processes.
Work effectively in a distributed, asynchronous environment with autonomy, transparency, accountability, and strong written communication.

Design, develop, operate, and maintain web applications, customer portals, backend services, and APIs for usage, billing, and account management.
Build intuitive, performant, and maintainable user interfaces using TypeScript, React, and modern component libraries.
Develop backend applications, services, and APIs using Go and Node.js.
Improve business logic for usage calculations, pricing, promotions, billing reconciliation, and cost management.
Build integrations with internal platforms, NetSuite, Salesforce, and cloud marketplaces.
Strengthen test coverage, CI/CD pipelines, observability, alerting, monitoring, and operational resilience.
Own production systems, maintain operational documentation and controls, and troubleshoot incidents across service boundaries.
Lead engineering initiatives, contribute to roadmap planning, and make architectural decisions.
Partner with product management, Deal Operations, go-to-market teams, customer support, UX specialists, and engineering teams.
Mentor engineers through code reviews and design discussions, and contribute to incident response and on-call improvements.
