Job Details

Have at least 1 year of fully remote work experience.
Have worked on a large SaaS platform and dealt with distributed systems problems such as scalability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, and high availability.
Bring strong professional experience with Golang and Node.js backend technologies and modern frontend development with TypeScript and React.
Have strong Kubernetes experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Be familiar with infrastructure-as-code tooling such as Helm, Terraform, or Jsonnet.
Have experience delivering projects from requirements gathering and idea development through shipping to customers.
Write clean, robust, well-tested software that other engineers can understand, operate, and maintain.
Have experience mentoring junior engineers in a collaborative, asynchronous environment.
Be able to break complex challenges into modular solutions and deliver iteratively.
Be willing to work across teams and coordinate plans with stakeholders.

Design, build, operate, and evolve full-stack applications, customer account portals, and backend services for usage and billing workflows.
Build and maintain backend APIs using Golang and Node.js and user interfaces using TypeScript and React.
Design and maintain integrations with Grafana systems, NetSuite, Salesforce, and cloud marketplaces.
Develop and automate customer usage metering, pricing, promotions, and billing reconciliation logic.
Collaborate with product management, DealOps, GTM, Support, and other AppCore squads on end-to-end features.
Address technical debt, optimize CI/CD pipelines, strengthen test coverage, and improve observability and operational resilience.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship, and help shape technical direction and roadmap planning.
Improve runbooks, dashboards, alerts, rollout controls, reconciliation safety, and recovery procedures.
