Job Details

Have at least 1 year of fully remote work experience.
Have worked on a large SaaS platform and dealt with distributed systems problems such as scalability, multi-tenancy, data isolation, and high availability.
Have strong professional experience with Golang and Node.js backend technologies and modern frontend development with TypeScript and React.
Have strong Kubernetes experience in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Be familiar with infrastructure-as-code tooling such as Helm, Terraform, or Jsonnet.
Write clean, robust, well-tested software that other engineers can understand, operate, and maintain.
Have experience delivering projects from requirements gathering through shipping a product to customers.
Have experience mentoring junior engineers in a collaborative, asynchronous environment.
Be able to break complex challenges into modular solutions and deliver iteratively.
Be willing to coordinate work across teams and external stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

Design, build, operate, and evolve full-stack applications, customer-facing account portals, and backend services for customer usage and billing workflows.
Build and maintain backend APIs using Golang and Node.js, and user interfaces using TypeScript and React.
Design and maintain integrations with Grafana systems, NetSuite, Salesforce, and cloud marketplaces.
Develop and automate business logic for usage metering, pricing, promotions, and billing reconciliation.
Collaborate with product management, DealOps, GTM, Support, and adjacent AppCore squads on end-to-end features.
Address technical debt, optimize CI/CD pipelines, strengthen test coverage, and improve observability and operational resilience.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship, and contribute to roadmap planning and technical design.
Improve runbooks, dashboards, alerts, rollout controls, reconciliation safety, and recovery procedures.
