Requirements
- Have previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or cold calling.
- Have experience with outbound prospecting and lead engagement.
- Have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Have strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Be able to manage and prioritize multiple leads.
- Be comfortable working with CRM and sales outreach platforms.
- Use a USB headset with noise cancellation and a working webcam.
- Have a computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM.
- Have a primary cable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps and backup internet of at least 10 Mbps.
- Be available 6:00 AM–10:00 AM PST for the part-time schedule.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
- Engage with leads across multiple channels and platforms.
- Prospect for new leads and identify potential customers.
- Manage and organize leads within the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects to drive sign-ups or book qualified meetings.
- Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in the CRM.
- Execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Track prospect engagement and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with the internal team regarding lead activity and outreach.
