Job Details

Experience: 8+ years of professional software development experience

Have 8+ years of professional software development experience and a track record of senior-level ownership, taking features from ambiguous request through design, build, release, and support.
Bring deep C#/.NET experience with .NET Framework and ASP.NET MVC, as well as modern .NET and ASP.NET Core.
Have professional C++ experience and be able to work productively in a large, long-lived production C++ codebase.
Have strong SQL Server skills, including schema design, T-SQL, stored procedures, and production query and index performance tuning.
Have production React and TypeScript experience building real applications.
Use Claude Code daily as the primary development tool, with practical experience in CLAUDE.md files, custom skills or commands, subagents, MCP servers, hooks, parallel sessions or worktrees, and verifying agent output.
Have hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines; Azure DevOps is preferred.
Nice to have: experience with agentic workflows in CI/CD, automated review, spec-driven development, or multi-agent development.
Nice to have: experience building product AI features, including LLM integrations, tool use, retrieval, or agent-based functionality on application data.
Nice to have: multi-tenant SaaS experience, Kubernetes and Docker, IBM Cloud or Azure or AWS, fleet or logistics software, or supporting self-hosted and cloud-hosted deployments of the same product.

Maintain and enhance the flagship product’s core business logic, web applications, and databases.
Tune performance and resolve production issues across the full stack.
Design and build end-to-end features for the next-generation platform across APIs, modern web front ends, and cloud infrastructure.
Use Claude Code as the primary development environment and improve the CLAUDE.md files, skills, agents, and workflows used by the team.
Contribute to design decisions across the core and next-generation platforms.
Review code, including AI-generated code, and uphold quality standards.
Mentor teammates through code review and pairing.
