Have a BS or greater, preferably in a science or engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Have 5+ years of professional software development experience.
Have production experience with React, Node, JavaScript, and C#.
Have experience developing for a multi-tenant cloud environment such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Have experience with Gitflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD, including GitHub Actions.
Have experience designing and developing large, horizontally scalable, high-transaction-volume systems.
Have production experience using JIRA, Notion, and other project management tools.
Be able to plan and execute work autonomously.
Demonstrate project management and critical-thinking skills.

Take ownership of the React codebase and contribute to its evolution.
Collaborate with the external Unity game development team on integration with the multiplayer gaming platform.
Design and build an API for player data management.
Work with the crypto services team to support secure, fast player transactions.
Identify technical issues proactively and contribute to technical briefs.
Support MixMob’s CI/CD pipelines when required.
Review technical designs for scalability and robustness, and maintain code, unit-test, and architecture quality.
Provide technical leadership through code reviews, automated testing, and scheduling.
Participate in attracting, interviewing, and recruiting engineers.
