Requirements
- Have 8+ years of hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter integration and configuration.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in the Gosu programming language and Guidewire Studio.
- Bring expertise in integration frameworks, including web services, messaging, and middleware.
- Have solid knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON, and data transformation techniques.
- Have experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and DevOps practices.
- Understand insurance policy administration, billing, and claims processes.
- Have experience leading integration teams and managing deliverables.
- Be able to conduct technical reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Preferred: hold a Guidewire Certified Specialist credential in Integration or PC/BC/CC modules.
- Preferred: have experience with large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Preferred: have knowledge of AWS or Azure for integration deployments, or exposure to microservices and event-driven architecture.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of integrations between Guidewire applications and external systems, including rating engines, payment gateways, CRM, ERP, and document management.
- Develop and maintain SOAP/REST APIs, messaging services, batch processes, and plugins.
- Ensure integration solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to integration developers across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to Guidewire standards.
- Collaborate with architects to define integration strategies and frameworks.
- Drive end-to-end integration delivery across SDLC phases and troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Optimize the performance and scalability of Guidewire integrations.
- Partner with business analysts, QA teams, and enterprise architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
