Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years implementing Human Capital Management solutions as a Technical Lead.
- Hands-on experience implementing HCM SaaS applications and supporting Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud inbound and outbound integrations using BI Publisher, HCM extracts, OTBI reports, HCM Data Loader, and Spreadsheet Loader.
- Technical expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM conversions, integrations, reporting, fast formulas, Workforce Management, HCM data models, payroll, benefits, absence management, time and labor, and compensation modules.
- Experience writing code for Oracle applications, including PL/SQL, PeopleTools, and advanced SQL.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud security, approvals, data conversions, and OTBI reports.
- Experience gathering requirements, mapping, configuring, testing, user training, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.
- Experience with full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
- Knowledge of HDL, FBDI, Oracle REST APIs, Oracle SOAP APIs, OIC, BI/OTBI reporting, approval workflows, inbound and outbound interfaces, extracts, and security implementation.
- Understanding of Oracle Cloud work structures and DFFs, and experience with security design and implementation, including SSO.
Responsibilities
- Implement and support ERP and HCM Cloud applications, including integrations.
- Design and develop OIC integrations for Oracle HCM Cloud, including REST and SOAP calls and FBDI file uploads.
- Automate end-to-end integrations using HCM Cloud SOAP and REST/ATOM web services.
- Develop and unit test integration components and web services using OIC.
- Troubleshoot and resolve inbound and outbound integration issues and defects.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Track and report integration workstream status to the project manager.
- Provide technical guidance, estimates, and Oracle integration design recommendations.
- Coordinate with third-party service providers on Oracle application issues and code migrations.
- Train and mentor team members on OIC and integration concepts.
